COACHING
(the conscious)

Coaching brings conscious awareness to the blockers keeping you from achieving your goals.

If you don’t pull the ingrown weeds that keep you from fulfilling your potential, the same old patterns will continue to resurface and stop you from thriving. Digging underneath surface problems to address underlying issues frees you to actively pursue your goals and dreams.

Performance coaching:

  • addresses the deep-seated issues that cause our blocks

  • builds goal-based outcomes

  • teaches powerful tools to self-administer your future development

In performance coaching, all experiences are opportunities for growth.

*Free group coaching sessions are offered to people rebuilding their lives following incarceration.

Hypnotherapy
(the unconscious)

Hypnotherapy breaks through the blockers keeping you from achieving your goals.

Hypnosis helps you connect with your subconscious, that part of our minds that controls every habitual action we take from breathing, to driving on autopilot, to our physical reactions, to our emotional reactions, to our daily habits, to all that extra pizza we didn’t mean to eat last night.

You can turn your subconscious mind into a positive force you can direct and train to have a more fulfilling life.

Hypnosis can be effective in helping people cope with pain, stress, and anxiety. Hypnosis done by a trained health care provider is a safe, complementary and alternative medical treatment.

  • Yes. Hypnosis is a natural state we all experience on a daily basis (i.e. when driving on autopilot or engrossed in a good book or movie).

  • The number of sessions varies depending on the goal and the individual, with long-term change usually requiring a series of several sessions. Statistics show hypnotherapy has a 93% long-lasting recovery rate after 6 to 8 sessions. This is in comparison to a recovery rate for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) of 75% in 22 sessions, and to a recovery rate for psychoanalysis of 35% in 600 sessions.
